Nice clean cafe, feel for the staff as there was complaining old woman who just wouldn't give up despite getting a replacement drink, she had already polished off the full one she said was cold. Found her again at a till downstaird moaning about something to the poor checkout staff.All handled professionally. Nicely laid out and escalators to the top floor, there will be a lift too. Would definitely return
