Mcdonald's Restaurants in Glasgow City

Greetings,Today I witnessed the most horrific scene I have ever laid my eye upon. I had to step back and contemplate my life after the events that unfolded. On this specific day I watch from outside the new advert that they displayed (kids ad). Not only was I shocked but I actually lost brain cells watching it. Children should live like the olden days and have to suffer through the pain of life.Mac Donald’s you have disrespected for the last time

Best in service, the staff is very polite. Always clean and ready. It can be bad on weekends because of huge crowd and waiting line.

Horrible quality of service,slowest service I've seen day and night, I've waited 40 mins for a wrap and a hamburger before. bouncer plays god and tries to turn people away 40 mins before closing time despite the fact you've ordered on the app for collection. Consistently closes hours before published operating house.

Fast food at its finest! Great service from staff who had it made in no time the only reason I have give 4 stars and not 5 is that the chips were more lukewarm than hot.

It was alot hotter coming out than it was going in that's for sure. Ordered a big Mac meal on Friday and the only thing that wasn't cold was the drink. Clearly the whole meal had been sitting there for hours. Unfortunately I ate it and paid the price the next day, couldn't get out of bed, could've filled a bath with sweat. The worst case of food posioning Ive ever had, this place should be shut down as it's a public health hazard and it'll be a long time before I even think about buying a McDonald's. They even have the cheek to ask for 10p for a bag, who tf is bringing reusable bags to McDonald's.

A bit slow considering it was off peak but clean and plenty of staff. My large fries was a bit smaller than usual but otherwise enjoyed!

Its a great restaurant, but I waited 15 minutes for my order of 20 chicken nuggets and large fries

Nice staff. Re-made food after they messed up order and had to come back, because food had gotten cold. After they re-made the food I found the order still to be wrong. But taste was nice along with presentation. Apart from the fries. Which were thrown upside down in the bag. I appreciated them re-making the food after I requested it. Unfortunately I was not the only person to complain about wrong orders.

Our first visit to this McDonald's.Food was as expected, no surprises or need for complaints.The only negative would be that the public toilet was closed for no apparent reason.What does Mcdonalds expect it's customers to do, especially children and the elderly?Staff were uninterested and offered no help or solution, even the supervisors (who have apparently had extra customer service training).So overall the premises were a let down, the food was 'average' at best.2/5

Self service never printed out my order number. The festive chkn thing was cold. Chips roasting though. Had to clean the table myself while 2 staff stood at bin doing the same job. Just a typical macdonalds
