McDonalds Silverburn in Glasgow City

I walked into the establishment with cravings for something sweet. After walking in I saw the oreo mcflurry product on the menu and thought that would satisfy my needs. However after purchasing this product I was given a FLIPPING FORK! Seriously McDonalds need to step up their game here, this is not on! I had to eat said mcflurry with my bare hands and got oreo chunks stuck in my fingernails. To this day I still have the oreo chunks stuck in my fingernails aswell as my toenails. I am appualed at the service and now my grandad is crying. 1/10 NOT ON GUYS!!!!

Great place but very crowded obviously because of the location but service is very good and efficient

Always making the mistake of ordering here assuming I’ll get what I actually ordered. You also ask them to leave items out of a burger but they’ll read that as add extra

Wrong order waited nearly 19 minutes for a burger and coffee and still got it wrong

Am trying to be as constructive as possible however due to high demand with no competition the food quality has dropped compared to other stores & staffs always seems over worked which means they can become slightly rude & nonchalant so I tend to find alternative when am in the area often. The wait is horrendous & endless 😢

Ordered food received sweet chilli wrap without chicken and galaxy caramel mcflurry without caramel, didn't ask for any adaptions but was delivered this way

Ordered meals via Uber. Sent wrong order and totally unhelpful and disinterested when phoning up.Told us that the order has been delivered, even though it was the wrong one and to take it up with Uber Eats

it Is a friendly place the staff are very attending keep the place very clean and use antibacterial sprays there is lots of room to sit masks are provided the food is very good you can take your time to enjoy eating I am very happy with McDonald's I would come back again well done to all the staff☺

Honestly love mcdonald’s, but this mcdonald’s has got to be the worst i have ever visited in my life. I work in the fast food industry myself so i understand the pressure of working whilst busy, but there was absolutely no excuses for the service i received today. Staff were out of pocket rude, burger wasn’t even wrapped i think they flung the burger together and called it a day, when i lifted burger out of bag it completely fell apart, the cheese bites were rock solid you would’ve thought they had just took them out the freezer, and fries were drier than sahara desert

Use this restaurant on a regular basis but very disappointed to see half the restaurant seats closed off to accommodate mc delivery drivers. Feel like a second class citizen when you want to sit in to have a meal
