Metropolitan-bar in Glasgow City

Another great place to stop for a refreshing and tasty cocktail. Would highly recommend the Cuban Cherry Pie, priced around £9 which is a the usual price for a good cocktail. Just a little issue and this was probably down to it being busy but kept on getting over looked at the bar as the bar staff did not seem to recognise who had been waiting and who was next to be served. I had to tell them i had been waiting for some time which spoilt the experience.

Great food, with a special mention for the cream of broccoli soup which was fabulous. A mention too for the waiter Josh who was super friendly and helpful

Table for 6 last night for my sisters birthday. Food and drinks great. Service from Josh made out night fantastic. We need more Josh people in the world. True asset. Thank you Josh.

What a cocktail bar great atmosphere brilliant selection of cocktails I never had a meal there but I seen some of the meals getting served and they looked delicious such a great vibe and atmosphere in the bar I would advise you to try it out

Lovely place. However our group were astonished to find we had a 10% service charge applied to each round of drinks. We had spent £500 plus £50 discreet service charge. Check before you buy.

The place is nice so I was surprised it was not full on a Friday night. While the interior is nicer downstairs, it's also louder there, so we were glad to be sat upstairs for food. I had the soup, which was delicious and very filling. The cocktails were delicious, be sure to try the Caribbean punch if you like cocktails. Piña colada and the parma violet ones were also very good. Would happily go back again

Amazing cocktails and food was really good also, nice spacious place had a table overlooking the food hall. Prices are decent too

Itison deal not much to coose from food just OK , staff unatentive and even when leaving staff member was stuck on her phone at front door. 1st time eating here I would not go back

Lovely 2 course meal from their market menu (Itison deal) with bottle of Prosecco. Honey wings; soup of the day; fish n chips very good light batter; squash curry. All great and generous portions. Polite staff and good service.

Feels a bit hit and miss. The areas downstairs seem well kept, upstairs felt like it could do with a little bit of sprucing up. The terrace area upstairs was okay though. The scallops starter was nicely presented but the haggis was a bit dry. Although the steak sandwich took a while to arrive, it was tasty. Overall food was okay, place was clean, staff was friendly but nothing too memorable.
