Prompt delivery, tasty food, reasonable price pleasant staff

Ordered through hungryhouse at 6:30pm, and due to weather was advised this would be delivered at 7:59, which was understandable.By 8:40, I still hadn't heard anything, and attempted to contact the restaurant, which returned a "Line Busy" constantly. I then tried through hungryhouse support, when I got a text from them saying the order had been cancelled, more than 2 hours after the order was initially placed.Absolutely ridiculous service, surely at some point before 2 hours, you'd be aware of whether or not you'd be able to complete an order.

Just bought 2 prawn biryanies from their shop. When I got them home, they were nothing more than a plastic dish filled with microwave rice and a small amount of prawns thrown in. No spices, no peas, no flavour, nothing. Just rice, a few prawns and some sauce. £7 each. If I didn't live so far away I would have just brought them back. This used to be a "go to" place for curries, but now they've just gotten lazy. There are plenty of alternatives in the area, so go to one of those, I would recommend.
