Morello Take Away in Glasgow City

I've been waiting for a 10 inch veggie pizza for 2 hours now. I call the restaurant and it says their lines busy, looked at the other reviews and realised I'm probably not getting my pizza or money back. Very angry, definitely don't order from here guys. Feels like a scam.

Do not use the morello website to place an order, I am bombarded with text messages from the takeaway every couple days!! They send constant spam to your phone.(5 months now) No way of stopping these messages as the number doesn't accept replies. I have blocked and blacklisted the number and still get constant messages. Very annoying indeed! I never had this problem with any other takeaway. No way to opt out or stop the messages!!! I enjoy their food but these text message spam offers are just doing my head in!!! If I wanted to buy your food I will contact you, you can't convince me to buy your food with stupid pain in the arz texts!! Very bad practice!!!!

Horrible server!!! We were trying to choose our meals and I asked for a recommendation. His response was “hurry up- we close in 10 minutes”. After that they told us they would only accept cash- sounds like tax evasion if you ask me...

Was in here tonight customer service was great staff really friendly food was amazing ordered a large donner with everything ate just half of it portion size is decent for the price and although full I kept going back to it really good experience here tonight and food really tasty 👌

I had the pleasure of stumbling across Morellos on Friday night. I ordered chips, cheese and donor plus a pizza. The service was excellent and the guys were very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be back again.

Large order made, zero communication and complete order failed without notice. If I could give zero stars I would. No refund offered so I'm £50 down and entire family hungry and bereft. Just wanted a wee bit of chicken. Shambles.

Ordered chips with chicken and cheese, chips were quite cold and too oily, almost impossible to eat, meat itself is quite good, but as chips were cold cheese not even melted. Probably it would be better if I ordered food during the evening, but if you’re making an order during the day you might have the same

You are want to be put off from take aways this is a place may be for you. After waiting for a food for over an hour decided to collected it myself. Pakora was old and cold, so was kebab. So if you like horrible customer service and horrible food you know what to do!

Ordered from here on UberEats at around 11:20pm which they accepted my order and decided not to deliver the food but keep my money as it was paid by card. How disgusting of a human being must you be to be stealing essentially rather than cancel if you couldn’t be bothered making the food.

So frustrating having to bin what was previously a great restaurant. Clearly stated 'no salt, vinegar, salad or sauce please' .. but due to the delinquency and ignorance of the restaurant, the food came smothered in sauce. Pizza missing off order too. Meal ruined, complete shambles.
