Lovely meal , good atmosphere pity as it can be cold while eating

This used to be my go to Indian restaurant, but in the last 4 or 5 years their food has gone way downhill and I haven't enjoyed their food for a long time. Definitely won't be back now!

Excellent Food. Best pakora I've eaten. We had the high tea menu what great value for money. Big portions too. Food was fresh, hot and very, very tasty. Will definately be back ...just a pity they don't deliver to Livingston. Very friendly staff too and you are not rushed between courses.

Despite being local all my life I'm ashamed to say I'm only a recent convert to Neelim. After an Indian I had used for decades closed I tried a number of different places over a few years. Neelim is the best by far. Truly fantastic Indian food. My wife and I agree its the best around by far. Genuinely wouldn't use anywhere else now. Top class!

I was a frequent takeaway customer as the food was excellent, approx 18 months ago. Tonight I decided to order food from Neelim and was sorry that I did, it was awful, binned it after two bites, as did my son. Tikka looked nothing like It it did previously, and tasted awful, chicken was very dry. So disappointed, wouldn’t eat from here again. The one star rating is for the delivery driver.

Really poor customer service. Just collected a take away and it was obviously not properly sealed. Got home and one curry had leaked all over the bag seeping into the one below as that container had gaps as lid wasn't secure on that either. The pink pakora sauce had leaked all over the pakora. Total disaster to serve to dinner guests. Called to complain and was told "you must've bashed it on the way home" this is certainly not the case as there was a lot of damage for a two minute drive along a straight road. They obviously have a slap dash attitude and don't take care when packing the food. Will not be using this place in the future. Customer service - non existent.

Used the Neelim lots throughout the 90's as was local. Ordered today and wonder why I ever stopped going when I moved away. Lovely Fresh ingredients. Chicken and Lamb cooked just the way we like it. Value for money.

After having had several half decent takeaways from here, the last one was awful. Some dishes were so bright red they were off putting, all just not appetising at all. We wonder if it's under new management or the chef was off. We won't be going back.
