NY AMERICAN GRILL BAR in Glasgow City

I visited here with my friend and his young daughter. I need to commend our initial waiter who was the supervisor for his great service. However, another waiter (who we were told was Spanish?) was the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with. What a shame that the lack of service from one person will result in customer’s never returning.

Food was ok, service a little slow... All in all nothing special

Had a starter (prawns) and strawberry daiquiri. Nothing special . The cocktail tasted more like water :(

Very bad service today. Asked for the bill today was told just wait a minute. Then for the 5th time on a Mon-Wed deal which is 50 percent of. Was charged full price. When I brung it to his action that it was wrong he just rolled his eyes. If they are not going to give you the 50 percent of dont advertise it. His attitude was off today. This was a wee day out for my brother who has learning disabilities so this spoiled a good day out.

Incredibly low level of customer service. The waitrose wouldn't even bother to turn her back to greet us into the restaurant. When I realized that she had no intention of doing it any sooner I proceeded to the bar only to be told by the barista in no uncertain terms to go back. I was quite happy to oblige because I wouldn't dream of spending my hard earned money sustaining their business.

We ordered a pizza each along with a side of onikn rings and sweet potatoes fries. Staff were friendly and efficient the place was clean and well spaced out with partitions up between booth tables. The food took a bit of time to come out but was absolutely fantastic when it arrived. I had a cotton pizza with Italian ham, mushrooms and marscaponi on it. My daughter had a pepperoni pizza and my wife had a chicken pizza. All was great fresh and hot. We'll be back for more. Thanks.

Delicious, reasonably priced food, in lovely, dark wood, American grill house style surroundings. Very friendly and attentive staff. Wide varied menu which includes burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, and many other options. Great for a group with varied tastes.

We go shopping and drop by this restaurant. Lovely meal! We have nice experience here. I love my lunch.

Visited here with friend and grandkids after a great day at comic con secc, we were ready for this, arrived earlier than our reservation but got seated in a lovely corner table with plenty of room for the kids and ourselves to relax. I ordered southern fried chicken , fried and chorizo beans, my friend ordered fresh fish goujons with a lovely tartare sauce, the kids had cheeseburger & fries, childrens platter & hot dog ( not the jarred kind but a Bavarian smokie sausage) with fries, kids then had NY snow cone and mini ice cream sundae with whipped cream, wafer & sauce. All meals were delicious and served by friendly efficient staff.

Work Christmas lunch, food was decent, service was decent. You never expect excellence when it's a mass produced food selection but this was pleasantly better than expected.
