O'Neill's in Glasgow City

Pretty disappointing overall. Missing items on the food order from X2 tables as a party of 8 - also despite asking for a x2 child's menu meals and specifying a plain burger with nothing on it, what was served was an adult burger with sauce and lettuce etc. We also no drinks served for the kids meal offer despite asking for it. Then they never brought out the kids ice cream had to ask again for that. My pizza was a oily and tasteless. No plates were cleared from tables after an hour finishing the meal. The pints of IPA served looked like an ice cream float with the size of head on it or worse, flat and no head - staff clearly can't be arsed with attention to detail. Won't be coming back.

Bar staff great .Politely asked me to leave . I walked out as asked . 1 doorman Escorted me out, no issues . 1 doorman decided to push me and try to create a scene .Disappointed - I like the bar / atmosphere but there’s just no need for that .

My lunch was great fish and chips and free soft drink for £6 , add a pound for a pint with lunch But deal on gins at only £4 each made my lunch . So I got a lovely lunch for £10 --great value , great food . I was however a bit cold and had to put my jacket on .

Always a great night to be had in O'Neill, laid back and good music mix! Very busy though so go early if you want a seat 👍

Had a couple of pints with friends. Environment was clean and safe but pub was pretty cold. Table service was a bit slow given that it was mid afternoon and not that busy.

Was given a drink in a visibly filthy glass. When the drink was being replaced it was evident there were a number of dirty glasses, with the fresh ice placed in one before being transferred to a clean glass.

We had a delicious lunch in O'Neills on 13th Dec. Staff were lovely & food was excellent. Definitely be back.

Forgot to leave a review. I have loved this place for a good twenty years I reckon. It is huge and the beers are great. Lovely folks. Great pub.

Possibly the worst pint of Guinness I've ever had in my life. Walked out with 3/4 left. I've drunk Guinness for decades and I know the difference between Guinness, yes that's Guinness and not original Guinness and the cold stuff that the marketing people want us to drink. When the server tells that's it the same stuff coming out the two different taps is wrong, that's misrepresentation and not why I went into that particular bar. Don't get me some, we had good food and I've been to other o'neills with fantastic Guinness, but not tonight. If I wanted something cold and fizzy I would have ordered Tennents. But this is seemingly an Irish bar. #disappointed and won't be back

Great atmosphere for the 6 nations, recently renovated too with lots of screens to watch live sport on. Serves craft beers in bottles and cans but draught choices are the usual suspects. Not had food so can't comment. Loses two star as someone thought it was a good idea to book a band during the middle of the rugby so we all had to leave our seats then we all had to move again to clear the dance floor midway through the second half of the rugby. Brilliant management.
