Ridiculous policy of wanting people to wear masks to enter the restaurant and sit on tables two metre away from the entrance, nobody in the whole shopping centre cared about masks and if they did they offered it to customers before letting them enter their business. But not the management (probably not management just one MAN BUN) of this particular Pizza Hut, because they’ll just turn you away. appalling customer service manners

Waited over 35 mins for two pizzas to take away. Both were over cooked and one was the wrong toppings. Won't be back.

·

Place was spotless, the pizza great and efficiently put out for the buffet. Absolutely recommended!

Pizza Hut Silverburn was a big NO NO... Waited over 40 mins for food to arrive and when it did the chips were cold... and in these Covid times it certainly wasn't busy... won't be back.

We went to pizza but Silverburn on Saturday 16/10/21 around 2pm, myself and my elderly parents and our 2 kids decided to go first and order and Mrs was still in the car in the multistorey car park as the baby was asleep and she had my phone.Abby kept us waiting for ages before then telling me that without a phone I couldn't enter and I couldn't order,I wondered how people without phones or without internet can ever eat here.My elderly parents and my 2 kids were made to stand outside in the corridor and I had to walk back to the car and get my phone which takes time as it is a long walk and myself and Mrs walked back with phone in hand thenThen Abby said there were no seats suitable for us and I could see there were plenty of seats and pointed to the seat I wanted and she said 'I cant bring a high chair or anything' (we hadn't even asked for one) So literally despite her attempts to keep us out we could finally get in.A polite girl (? Anna) came and took our order despite being refused entry earlier on for not having a phone and told I could order online we were able to order instore.I am of indian descent and the only reason I was keen on pizza hut is because my mom is a coeliac sufferer and for their gluten free pizza. We as a family feel very disappointed (despite spending £65)in how Abby treated us and have been put off the brand and wont be returning.

Went for lunch at pizza hut first time since reopening had a bit of an issue ordering the food by phone but eventually got there .We had the buffet and it was excellent.i made a mistake when ordering wine and the gentleman behind the bar delivered it to our table .l pointed out I had made a mistake and he scoffed well that's what you ordered an walked away. I was not impressed with his attitude and customer service 😒

Pizza is all freshly made as always. Opted for the buffet £7.99 which included unlimited pizza, salad, garlic bread and pasta all there as a choice. Staff very friendly and nice to hear the chef's singing haha! Great branch

Friendly staff who provide a good service. Food came quickly, was nice and hot. Good salad bar, but should be topped up more often when things run out.

Lovely family meal to celebrate the start of the summer holidays. Tremendous deal, £40 to feed a family of 4, all of the dishes were lovely. The meat feast pan pizza was really tasty and my daughter's loved their pizza and pasta. Throw in the salad bar, unlimited drinks and ice cream to follow and every one was happy. Great, attentive friendly staff who did the restaurant proud.

Very tasty pizza and well decorated place with Christmas decorations. We ordered a large chicken supreme pizza with cheesy bytes for £22 and got offer to have 2 salad bowls with it.The Oreo milkshake was very tasty and was served in a super large glass. My daughter was unable to finish it because of its size but couldn't leave it because of taste. The staff was so energetic because of Christmas time. I wish a merry Christmas and a very happy new year to them.
