Pulcinella in Glasgow City

Price, drinks and service were all good however the food was quite bland and just not very nice. Chicken wings had been boiled and were in a strange sauce, the bruschetta was garlic bread with tomatoes and cheese on it (very weird) and the calamari was extremely chewy. The pasta was good but way too oily.

Lovely 3 course pre theatre meal all for £19.95 for Glasgow city centre is really good ,nice atmosphere and great food my third visit here and wont be long till i make my forth ,the homemade lasagne is really really good and great choice of wines to accompany the great food.

I forget how many times I have eaten here on my travels. The authentic and relaxing vibe make this one of THE places to eat in Glasgow. The minestrone is to die for!!! Visit now!

First time my children went along with me and they loved the pizza. "The best pizza I've ever had" is their words.

A wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant. Great wine menu, great food menu. Variety and fab service. We went for a pre theatre meal and were very much impressed.

Lovely little Italian restaurant in city centre. Ideal menu and not a problem when I have asked for a change to menu. Great value for money.

We were dinning here a few days ago. Waiter was standing and looking at us the whole time.We ordered pasta dishes, could eat quarter of it as all was swimming in butter and fat.Worst part was a dessert, after we ordered the other waiter at the bar was heating all our puddings in the microwave behind the counter and looking all the time that noone sees what he is doing.I would never go back, for the same price can eat fresh and nicely cooked food in other places.

Friendly & accomodating service & very tasty food.I went with a group of 5 & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.On arrival you are given the early evening menu but if you're looking for some more options, you can ask for the fuller menu.I ordered the spaghetti primavera (a vegetarian & delicious option!) & asked for it to come without cellari or chilli aswell as for it to come in a Napoli sauce (as it was only meant to come in olive oil) and all requests were easily accommodated.There are quite a few options on the desert menu and the sticky toffee pudding is especially nice!For 5 starters, 5 mains, 2 deserts & 5 soft drinks it came to £95 which I feel is reasonable.The staff were welcoming & the service was fast.The only downfall was that the back of the restaurant & the disabled toilet could do with a touch up, but other than that we'd a fab experience & would highly recommend!

Food was nice with good service. The look of the place is has a nice wee cosy Italian feeling to it with their red and white checked table clothes.Prices are reasonable too. £60 for two starters, two main courses and a desert to share plus a bottle of wine.I'd recommend the place and I will go back again.

We had a nice 2 course meal at a reasonable price. The surroundings are very pleasant and staff were helpful but not intrusive. Everyone was happy at the choice of food the way it was cooked and how tasty it was.Staff were very accommodating and as this was a birthday party we had a cake brought to the tableIt was easy to get to but would suggest going into town by public transport ,aybe using the underground.
