Great place, however with a party in one room and a singer at the bar, it was maybe a bit loud. It's good to see it so busy !

This is the man who put £10 on black, and it landed on.....

Been a few times to this place and all nights I’ve really enjoyed! Queued by myself as I was late meeting a few folk and was first in line. Boys who were bouncers just wouldn’t acknowledge me for some reason, when I finally got their attention I got a “I’ve already told you you’re not getting in tonight” but I’d only just arrived so was clearly confused. Possible mistaken identity which I’ll have to take with a pinch of salt. Had a good night in the riverboat other side of the water which never fails to deliver however just a wee bit disappointed I couldn’t keep this 100% record with the alea. Hopefully next time the boys on the door aren’t as daft

Bouncers were allowing me and my friend into the building, who had had a couple drinks at this point, but not my other friend who they said had had too much to drink......he hadnt had a drink in weeks and he droves us there from North Ayrshire 🤣 They then acted aggressively, but probably the least effective bouncers I've ever laid eyes on, lets be honest.Complaints department never returned my email and chose to ignore it so I'm posting this here. Avoid Alea at all costs! Enjoy a much better time at the Grosvenor Riverboat where everything is so much better really, as we went on to find out that night.Would give zero stars if I could!

Power hungry bouncers "not tonight" treated like I wasn't meant to be outside, only wanted to go play some poker, changed up my usual place to see what the place was like and that's the reception I get?Good stuff.Won't be back.

Great casino good staff jack was awesome but no alcohol free beer options and bottles of coke are tiny 200ml sort it out alea poor show

·

Fantastic night enjoyed the poker and the guys ran the game well. Although they were the only two running the game still had a smile on their face with some good banter. Hope all goes well for the future and will most certainly be back well done to all the staff

Booked for a dinner & a wee gamble to enjoy the fact life is becoming normal once again. The restaurant was very pleasant the staff were great. The food was fine but my only comment would be the steaks were just cooked a tad more than asked for however still tasty. As for the gambling well luck was only half on our side 😄 but we fully enjoyed our night!

Great atmosphere. Fantastic service from both the casino staff and restaurant staff. Well decorated and perfectly laid out seats, cushions, the lot. Food was top notch for the price. Highly recommend eating there even if you're not in there for playing games. :) lovely outdoor balcony to just chill and look out onto the quayside. :))
