Horrible food, terrible and useless staff. Avoid at all costs

Passed by this venue daily on my way to class. Never did I stop there. Then One day stopped and ordered the Lamb burger which was exceptionally good. Since then I've been ordering variations of it. Like that the meal comes with real potato chips. Yesterday I ordered and had a wait of less than ten minutes so sat down to wait. When food was ready I decided to have it sit-in. Which was out of my normal routine but really enjoyed it. Specially since there was a desert bar connected to it. What a tempting situation I created for myself. Anyway lovely food every time I order whether online or in store. Service is the best.Please like my review if it has helped you

The food at Red pepper can be very good but there customer service is disgusting! The men at the till do not know how to speak to customers at all. Training is severely needed to teach them some basic manners. After getting our order wrong we were told to 'just eat it' and that WE made the mistake when it was the person taking the order was rushing despite me giving the order twice. This isn't the first occasion that red pepper have been rude. Despite giving them a second chance was left disappointed. 2 stars are for the food only.

Worst worst place to eat. Tbey sell cheap cheese burgers in the name of handmade lamb burgers and then lie on the complain that they dont serve such burgers what a shame and what liers.. seriously get a standard man. And the more u lie the more barkat u loose..

Kind and friendly but can`t read the orders. The New Yorker was awful. No Tomato No Mozzarella Cheese, No sauce offered. No french fries. Cheap chunky chips instead. No matter what you put through your order they put anything on they find. Website did not work so had to order via Just Eat. All together it was 1 hour to get our lunch into the office. This was only my order. Not sure about the guys burger. Price differ £5.40 Or 6.90 or 5.42.

Great food but such slow service. Food is worth the wait though. Not great for large groups as the time the first person gets their food and finishes, last person will be getting served. Also don't expect to get starters first, most likely all food will come at once. Recommended for a smaller group or if you're alone. Once they refurbish the toilet area, will give it 5 stars.

I was recommended this place and stopped over en-route from Highlands to Manchester and wasn't disappointed. Excellent selection of tasty food and desserts and the kids loved it. Nice place which is a eatery and dessert house combined. Kids ordered burgers which looked scrumptious and we had the Mix Grill (the chicken was so tender and succulent) and you could tell the food was freshly prepared. The customer service was brilliant (very friendly and polite staff) and they really looked after us. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The food is great, but unfortunately the service is atrocious, for a business that turns over so much, you think they can afford to expand their kitchen to increase the speed in which the food is served to the customers. The average wait time for a simple meal even when the restaurant is quiet is roughly 60 minutes, if it’s busy expect double that. It is honestly worse than waiting in traffic.

Amazing food... The portions were large and the price was very reasonable... You can order your main and desserts, delicious...
