Rowans Deli in Glasgow City

I have always found Rowan’s to be pricey but we got a shock today when my husband was way overcharged. He asked for a receipt and was only given receipt for total and had to request a breakdown receipt. He had six items and receipt showed he was charged for 9. No apology or explanation when asked how it could have happened. Another person just shouted over give him his money back!!!! How unprofessional and is this why we have always found it pricey?? Have never asked for a breakdown receipt before but would definitely recommend everyone does to ensure they aren’t be overcharged with items they didn’t buy!

Great selection of cold and hot food, and cakes

Best deli/snack shop in the east end, place is clean and the food is fresh which is all you can ask for. On the more expensive side to an extent but you get what you pay for, all the shops round about stink of oil and serve up the cheap of the cheap. Cant recommend enough.

I absolutely love Rowan’s Deli.Every time I have ordered something it has been delicious and cannot fault it.The delivery girl is a star and so friendly and nice, it is a joy to chat with her.Keep up the good work xx

Amazing service and great food the best in the east end for takeaway , any delicatessen food and delivery is first class

Food is excellent, wee bit concerned about food hygiene. Young server wearing 1 glove which she handled cash with and then handled the cold meat and the cakes. No tongs and no change of gloves

This is a great food shop. Chips were amazing as was the spicy chicken burger I had. I will go back time and time again

Great rolls ... Everything is so fresh and we all love the way they use real butter .. 5 stars all the way
