Cold beer and good pub grub, music a bit too loud when it's empty though must be getting old!

Yeah good place for a pint, just popped in for a pint while trying to decide where to eat.Friendly staff and good service, if you like a bit of metal then a good place to go but the music was a decent level so you could still have a conversation

If you like rock/metal this might also be your favorite place in Glasgow for a quick lunch or pre night out munch and drinks. There is also Solid Rock down the road with a simaler menu, more space and simaler vibe.

As luck had it this rock pub was very close to our hotel. Table service was quick and the bar staff friendly. Music was great and not overly loud so you could still chat. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in town .

Great Rock Bar. Excellent mix of music, friendly helpful staff. When we went there was a deal on a choice of White Russian cocktails. I'm only sorry we didn't try the rooftop terrace. Would definitely recommend.
