South Light in Glasgow City

First time using here. Thought I'd try a Chinese more local. Was disappointed. When I collected it. The portions were small i didn't expect. Thought OK but as long as its nice. Sadly it wasn't the chicken tasted chewy as if its been reheated or over cooked, there was plenty of chicken that we couldn't eat and there was hardly any sauce.they don't accept card too so make sure to take cash. They should make this clear when you call to place an order, especially in this day when most people don't carry cash on them.

Eaten from here for years and years , mostly always get the same thing and happy with that, staff are friendly x

Not normally a fan of Chinese food But dammm its good!

Portions are far to small for what you pay chicken curry hardly any chicken in it

Best Chinese take away in Scotland!!! Bbq sauce is phenomenal! No other Chinese makes the same sauce, highly recommended it, been going here my whole life and im almost 40

My brother ordered a meal and they sent the wrong item, they resent the correct meal but I guess the delivery driver wasn’t to happy about making another journey without being paid for it as in the second meal was something that looked like SPIT ! When approached with a picture of the meal the next day the owner told us that it looked like fried egg but it wasn’t fried as it was slimey and gooey. He then said it could be raw egg mixed with oil which I find hard to believe considering the high heat that these meals are cooked at.Before this incident I thought this Chinese was the best in the area but I will definitely not be ordering anything for delivery from here again.

I've been getting deliverys from here for the past 29 years and cannot get a Chinese from anywhere else as either their fried rice is weird or the beef is like leather and don't get me started on Wat some of them think is exceptable to pass off as Chinese curry sauce🙈

The price is decent first time I've ate out of here, the chicken satay was lovely same as the sweet n sour (Cantonese style) but the chicken fried rice was God awful! The chicken was burnt n was like eating the sole of someone's shoe.... unsure if I'd eat out here again... lucky they even got 3 stars.
