We hired venue for birthday. Staff very nice and looked after us very well. Food was better than we previously got I restaurant. Only a few hick ups during party, but manager sorted all out after realising their fault. I would recommend to anyone and thank the staff for making it a wonderful day.

Considering that the gentleman who showed us to our table made it very clear the reservation was only for two hours and our drinks didn't arrive until 50 minutes into our booking didn't bode well from the offset. Service was incredibly slow, the food was not to the standard I expected and the coffee sorbet dessert I ordered did not include coffee anything or sorbet - it was chocolate and vanilla ice cream, my overall experience was rather disappointing. Having pointed out the dessert faux pa's we did get a discount on the bill but in all honesty, this is aesthetically delightful but lacks substance, attentive service and culinary skill. Go for a glass of champagne or a cocktail but skip eating!!

I've delayed adding feedback here because I've been awaiting a response from the venue since they asked me for my feedback.Pros: Beautiful venue, even the toilets are rather swish and the service is excellent. The pictures should give an impression of the bling. It's a gorgeous building. The scones were very good.But...I've included a shot of the afternoon tea menu as I thought this looked amazing. It isn't what I got.Yes, I had requested the vegan menu but highlighted an intolerance for vegan cheese. Just the vegan cheese - everything else would have been absolutely fine. I didn't expect a plate of egg mayonnaise sandwiches and cheese sandwiches or feta cheese and olive on a stick. The dessert tray did not match expectations either: soggy pastry. I also include pictures of the food. All in all - pretty underwhelming in my opinion and not worth the price.

Just popped in there for a quick cocktail, but was amazed how opulent the room was. Just amazing. I could have stayed there for very long time. The cocktails were tasty and priced around £9 like most places. The staff was friendly and we had no problem just walking in as they had room at the bar. Would recommend going just to have a look at the amazing space.

I was taken for afternoon tea last Saturday 11th September. It was actually a birthday treat booked by my daughter-in-law last year for my birthday but obviously it had to be cancelled due to COVID. Oh my goodness it certainly was worth the wait. I was so impressed with this venue as soon as I walked through the door as the decor and surroundings are just so beautiful. The afternoon tea was amazing and there was such a lot of choice. Our waitress was just so lovely and nothing was too much bother. I will certainly be back again.

Lovely bar had some very nice drinks. Good atmosphere and very friendly staff. Icing on the cake was the fact that still game filmed a scene in there 👍🏻👍🏻

We booked a table for Sunday brunch because after checking their website it looked like a bargain (10£ x person including coffee and juice), so we were a bit unsure if it was going to be for real. But what a surprise! The Corinthian is amazing, one of the best places we’ve seen in Glasgow, as soon as you cross the entrance door you travel in time and are amazed by the building and every corner of it.💜 Such beautiful architecture. Moreover, the food was delicious, staff were super friendly (our waitress Alice was really nice!), the price was what it said on the website 🔝 and everything was clean. Music was also great. Oh! And there are many good vegetarian options available🥑 We’ll definitely go again.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea here a few weeks ago and it was one of the best afternoon tea's I've had in Glasgow and I've been to most of them. Staff were very attentive, atmosphere was relaxed, the food was fresh, the cocktails varied and tasty and the price was very reasonable for what you got. I usually like to try different places but this was so good I've got it booked again for a few weeks time. This definitely should be promoted more as one of Glasgows best afternoon tea venues
