Buffalo sharing platter to start - I would class as a single portion size (6 wings for ÂŁ13!!!) The buffalo wings were dry had no sauce over them so we asked for some more buffalo sauce for the table. There was 4 people and the waiter brought a tiny pot of sauce for us us to share lucky if there was 3 tablespoons worth in it. They then brought our main courses out when our table was still full of finished plates from our starters so they went back to the kitchen with our mains and never brought them back out for the best part of 10 minutes. They arrived luke warm and to make matters worse they had not replenished our table with new cutlery so the mains sat infront of us for 3/4 minutes as we waited on someone brining them over. The burger was probably the worst burger I have ever had. The patties were dry, hard and tasteless. My wifes salmon was hard on the outside and extremely over cooked. The coleslaw we ordered on the side had a strange taste and didn't seem right at all. A really terrible experience and we will not be back here in a hurry!

Service was incredible, young staff are all the ball especially when it was so busy, food was beautiful although they did bring me a cheese side salad as a mistake rather than the honey but didn't even bring it up because I was full from the actual main. Just be careful guys as I was born with no scent or savoury taste and am allergic to dairy....could have made for an uncomfortable night! Would still 100% recommend though! X

We went here before the cinema on a Friday night. The service was good, staff more than helpful. It's been over two years since I've been to this or any TGIs. I have to say I was left underwhelmed with the food. I found myself comparing my dry, smaller than before burger to the amazing flavorsome, juicy ones of back when. It's also more expensive than before. Yes prices go up, that's understandable but for the quality to drop...not so understandable. My little girl loved her chicken burger though. So...happy toddler happy life đ

Came for wedding anniversary as have done every year. Burgers and kids meals were great however we both got JD chicken strips to start with a both tasted off. Having had these on every visit previously, the chicken and sauce were both different to the point I would never get them again while they are the same. Kids picked at them and we ended up eating their starters but the rest was good. Kids loved their own little sundaes too.Zander who served us was on point and is the reason this is 4 stars and not 3.

Definitely won't get us anymore. My family of 5 went to Glasgow Fort to get dinner, walked inside and asked if there was a table for us since there wasn't anymore a requirement to book table. Girl there said in our face that there was a 2.5 hours waiting without even checking it. Thought it was strange since more than half of the tables were empty. So, I went online and booked a table 25 min. after. Yet I was not happy so I called and hang off until the same girl that told me there was a 2.5 hours waiting answered the phone(watched her picking the phone up) , and then with no surprise she told me that she could get us a table after 30min.So basically I think that I couldn't get dinner because I'm a foreigner for the first time ever, after being living in 7 different countries and trying hundreds of different restaurants.Shame and sadness TGI Fridays at Glasgow Fort.

My daughter and I visited your Glasgow Fort branch yesterday and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Our booking was for 12pm and we arrived and few minutes early. There was one other table seated and two people at the bar. One of the members of staff at the bar looked in our direction and did not acknowledge us and continued talking to his colleague. He then left the bar a second time and looked directly at us and yet again, ignored us. My daughter commented to me âshall we just goâ. I had to walk over to say we had a booking and was there someone who could help us? Eventually, a waitress came and showed us to our table. We were given menus, one childâs and one main menu. I looked through it and realised we had not been given the 2 for ÂŁ15 menu. The waitress came back to take our order and I asked for this. Firstly, she said it was not on and wasnât willing to find out. She went away and I ended up bringing up your website and offer on my phone to show her. She came back and was shown your deal on the phone and then said its finished. I then said you can it be finished if its on your web site just now and last night when I viewed it. She eventually conceded and spoke with a manager who âagreedâ to honour it! Really.. You shouldnât have this much hassle just to order from a deal advertised on your website.Lots of other people came in and at no point was there any mention of the 2 for ÂŁ15 deal. My daughter was still eating her pudding and the bill was dropped on our table with waitress holding the card machine. Our meal was ok but nothing startling, but our overall experience was tainted by awful customer service and hassle over trying to use an advertised deal on your Facebook page and website.Looking at the comments on Facebook under this advertised deal, we are not alone in not being offered this. Poor show TGI Fridays.

Food a real disappointment.Potato skins dry, with barely any filling - clearly cooked from frozen, not fresh in the slightest.Food sat in the window for at least 10 mins and was warm, not hot, by the time it was brought to us.Kids meals disgraceful for the price. Three chicken goujons (dry and overcooked) slung on a plate with a handful of chips. No cucumber/carrot/apple sticks that's stated on menu.Took around 20 minutes to get two ice creams.Adult burgers were passable - pretty much ate them as we were hungry.Substandard food at a premium price.Won't be back; would have been better waiting for Monteray Jack's to open - superior food, atmosphere and service.

Nice staff, food was OK but tables were sticky. More drink - pubic house atmosphere oriented than respectable restaurant, still an enjoyable experience.

Went here for a family lunch with my husband and 7 week old baby. We had a good booth with an area for the pram, and the food was fine what youâd expect at TGIs but I asked twice for a bowl of warm water to warm up my babyâs bottle which was ignored twice, I ended up having to run her bottle under the tap at the baby change - not ideal and still not warm enough for the baby. I usually have a warmer with me but it wasnât working; made a lunch a lot more stressful than it needed to be, there werenât that many tables in so disappointed a simple request was ignored.

Updated to 5 Stars. I really enjoyed my recent visit. Much improved service since my first visit, seated and served quickly, all menu items available and the food was fantastic! I will definitely return again in the future. This is a great improvement on my first visit back in September 2019 when I left a disappointed 3 star review: "Had to wait at the bar for a table for 15 minute which is not the end of the world but some items unavailable from bar menu while waiting and service was a bit slow throughout my visit. The place was not particularly busy, just low on staff. The food was good but not great. Felt it was a little pricy for what we got. Overall not a bad place for a meal but will try other food options at the fort first before I return."
