The Boulevard Fish Bar in Glasgow City

Had a lovely chippy tea delivered tonight. Lovely and fresh. Portion was large. We split a fish supper and fritters between 2 of us and there was still some left over. Although we are not big eaters. But to sum up. Big portion. Tasty food. Great price. Speedy delivery for a Saturday night.

I have used this chippy since i was 12 and have not been disapoint yet and im now 60

Love this place. Staff lovely and always make my Frid night special supper from scratch...super fresh and v tasty!

Food is usually good, however tonight was a disappointment. The chips and smoked sausage were a little stale. Most importantly, the iron bru glass bottle was 6 months out of date. Oops!

Visited shop tonight had a fish supper nice enough not the best quality of fish by any means in my opinion just above average at best chips were reasonably good would I return ?? Probably

Good variety of products to choose from special fish is lovely not the cheapest chip shop around paisley Road but I've never had a bad meal from here

Delicious fish 🐟 and chips.Place is immaculate.Makes his own ice cream.2018 and they don't take card payments. Seriously, no wonder local businesses are struggling.

Been a customer for over 10 years at this chippy and food was generally good. New owner comes along and he is pretty unsociable. Fair enough... he has staff that give better customer service. The reason for my one star is based on tonight's food. I ordered a single fish supper with a tub of curry sauce. Fish wasn't cooked properly and the curry sauce had the consistency of water as well as cold. Phoned to complain and the owner couldn't have cared less, giving excuses such as he cooked the fish himself and the sauce is bought like that in a tub!? Funny as I have seen the staff on previous visits scoop the sauce out of a large pot-like container. I returned the food for a refund and got a grunt for an apology. Sadly will not be returning here.

Possibly the best Fish and Chip shop in Glasgow. They have been all spruced up and the meals are great. Just the perfect stop for a fish supper. They also branched out onto Ice cream and Pizza, so if you have a different taste you can for something other than Fish and chips you can order something off the menu.

Food was OK. Fish was very greasy.Young female who served us looked like she would rather be anywhere else than there.Dour faced, hardly looked at us. A smile wouldn't have gone amiss.The elderly gentleman who was frying gave us a nicer welcome and a smile.
