We have been very long term customers; every Saturday (for many years)...reasonably big order and always delighted.Seems they've changed ownership though...so...tonight; food very long in arriving with several items missing! After we phoned; the items arrived but not what was ordered and then we had a phone call to say items missing had not originally been ordered!!Are you kidding? We would have accepted an apology! Feeling quite disgusted to be honest...our order should have been refunded, at the very least with a massive apology!So...very sadly, after many, many years of being faithful customers to Dragons Way; I'd avoid this place now!We certainly won't be ordering again; there are numerous local places so ...time to look around! 😉We've already been given a number of options! 👍Always more than happy to support local businesses but expect satisfactory service and manners at the very least.

Went downhill since new owners took over , Horrible congealed curry sauce and the beef was like chewing an old boot , Won't be back,

Chips were solid and the sauce was tht lumpy the misses had to put water in the sauce only thing we could eat was the crackers tbh I think the chips were last nyt chips they were tht bad

I placed an order for delivery it was at my table in less than 15 minutes ..the stuff was great on the phone and it's actually the 3rd time I have ordered from them and the meal came on time and most of all the taste was great unlike most Chinese restaurant where you feel and taste the food was in a microwave but they actually make it fresh and it tastes and smells fresh..am yet to taste and try out other things they have on their menu and still comment some more ..what I had today was chow meng and chicken wings ...

The food in here has went downhill very fast and twice I have had rank food. My chicken curry was so bland and the curry sauce was so thick and powdery and chicken had a bad taste from it and my friends chicken chow mein was equally bad. The fried rice was stodgy and tasteless. The prawn crackers were not fresh and stale.far too much thick chopped onions in curry sauce.

Food is ok but the girls at the counter are quite rude to customers. Their delivery times are off by an hour as their system has not updated the clock change. Customers complain when their order is 2 hours late and are met with quite a cheeky response. I've told them twice now what the issue is. I won't be using them again.

£5 surcharge because it is Christmas. I'm okay with that as they're paying staff extra to deliver the service.Marked down because they managed to forget something from a relatively simple order so really it was like an £8 surcharge.Food was nice though!
