The Glad Cafe in Glasgow City

Visited for an event. Glad cafe had super friendly staff and a good selection of beers. Will be back to try their vegan pizza...

Gr8 wee gig venue, super helpful staff and with the added benefit of having an accessible bar for wheelchair users. Good choice of drinks, fab home-baking.

Popped along for the first time in ages for brunch, amazing food. Had to steal some from my partners plate. Scrambled eggs on toast were great and the breads massive! Mushrooms and beans were awesome as well. Definitely worth a visit

Cafe was a little cold, not much heating on the go. Coffee machine was apparently not switched on around 12pm on a Sunday which was a bit weird... charged for filter coffee which was on par with a Klix coffee.... Brunch was tasty but to be fair its quite expensive for what you get. Pancake stack with 2 crispy bacon rashers and three oversized pancakes was £7. Will give it another go but it didn't leave a great impression to be fair. They are dog friendly which is a bonus and it was quite busy,

Absolutely lovely staff, I was running an errand for someone hoping to get some merch from a gig and they we very friendly and helpful. Taking the time to get back to me so we could get something arranged. Which we did!

Amazing food. The place is very cosy. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed my time there. Not all of the options are vegan but most are. So it's a vegetarian and vegan cafe. The vegan options were delicious. Portions are generous.

First time visiting & definitely won't be the last. I'm a meat eater but I have to say the vegan fry up was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! The chilli beans & seaweed salted potatoes were my favourite part along with the sourdough bread. Delicious!

Super lovely food (very amazing) and staff. Cheap, nice atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. Vegeterian menu with plenty of delicious vegan options!
