The Hotwok in Glasgow City

Tuesday nite, very quiet Hot Wok and still cant get the order correct. Following the 'can I have more than 2 King Prawns in my special thin noodle chow mien' , got 2 extra prawns @ a cost of a discounted price of 60p but not the thin noodles that I ordered. Disappointing with the very plastic tasting noodles. 👎👎👎

Just had delivery im disgusted £30 in takeaway straight in the bin,chicken wings so salty you couldn't eat them, pork in the special fried rice looked and tasted off,the meat in the rest of the food was pretty much hotdog meat everything was soaked in grease ,utterly disgusting

Food is always tasty, not bad time wise for getting food ready either. Only downside is they often forget one or two bits of our order, and being 20min drive away is annoying to go back, like Christmas day there was a fried rice missing and the chicken curry wasn't as asked for, but like I said food is tasty.

Food really nice ,had a bit of wait on xmas day but that's to be expected ,food was worth the wait

Used to be my go to but has recently went right down hill. Haven't enjoyed my last 4 meals. Won't be going back.

First time ordering from here, curry sauce was good, chicken was nice and soft onions were unwanted but cooked well,One point prawn crackers had pubic hair as reflexed in rating.My order chicken curry fried rice with no onion.I would order again, hot wok came recommend to me from a friend.

Ordered a delivery almost two hours ago, still waiting, phoned up over 45 mins ago, the woman said be with you in 15 mins. 45 later my partner calls, to receive a very rude and blunt "it's on its way thanks" and then was hung up on. Actually so rude. Shouldn't be working in a customer facing role of you have no customer service. And maybe do the management well to have a look at who they have dealing with their customers front of house. Don't normally post reviews but I'm actually quite shocked and taken aback aswell as really disappointed.

I recently order from the restaurant and ended cancelling the order online.But still showed paid online.Got a chap on my door with the order,so i took it thinking i was already charged for it.Later on the driver came back explaining to me that i was not charged,so i made another cash payment.Generally the food was nice and hot,will still order from them anytime.
