Friendly staff lovely decor' toilets were spotless, l had the Chicken Balmoral and the wife had the Salmon both were excellent and good value for money, although we had a 30minutes wait, cooked fresh and piping hot beer was 50p over priced, and the wine was reasonable. Will definitely go back and use their loyalty card

The mail coach hosted our reception after a funeral service. The staff were fabulous and seamlessly adjusted to increased headcount from 40 to 47.The choice of menu items was good and the food was all delicious. Very efficient and friendly service catering to such a big number in a short time. There was also no pressure on us to leave after the meal and we were welcomed to stay and chat with all our guests. I would highly recommend holding a function here.

Fantastic choice of food, meals were piping hot and full of flavour. New additional of a 'food special' (lamb shank was amazing!) Staff always lovely and friendly - particularly Rachel who was attentive and welcoming. Well worth the visit 😀

Nice atmosphere lovely well presented food I had battered fish it was delicious n Huge my daughter had baked pot. Etc highly recommend it staff lovely too.

Brilliant place to go, for a great meal and cozy surroundings.. getting a seat near the fire is a highlight for the kids. Staff are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate your needs. Now a favorite for our family.
