Lovely afternoon at the old Smiddy!They have an amazing new beer garden & the food is delicious & reasonably price. The staff are always happy to welcome you into their comfy cozy pub.

Had several lunches & dinners both with/without our children. Great little local pub with a good variety on the menu. Good promotions and very reasonably priced. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.They have an app for ordering food/drinks too which is handy if you have little kids with you. The kids meal deal is great value for money and the "build your own sundae" is a winner with them too! Portion sizes are decent - you'll definitely leave feeling full!

Great, friendly pub. Appeals to all ages and dog friendly too. Bar staff are excellent. Best pub in local area by far. Get yer arses in furra a great pint a Guinness!!

Smiddy is always fantastic, was in recently for the scotland rugby match and was pleasantly surprised by how busy it was! Staff were bang on and guinness was pretty decent. Food is good for what you pay for it, will be back

Popped in today for lunch not had a chance to visit for a while - loved our lunchtime wraps with a pint 🌯🍺 - lovely food, really cold Guinness and lager 👍 fantastic value for money in clean and friendly surroundings. In particular Caylin was very helpful and informative and she gave us a warm welcome and good service. Will definitely be back soon for food (with the family 🧓🏻👨🏻 👩 🧔♂️👩🏼👶🏼) thanks for nice way to spend a couple of hours - really glad we dropped by. 👏🏼👏🏼 Lesley & Matthew
