Very nice pub staff are really friendly and lovely food would highly recommend this place

The restaurant was quiet. It was nice to enjoy a nice meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Our table was spotlessly clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. I shall certainly visit again when I'm back in the area.

Pretty shoddy experience from start to finish went in and ordered a round of drinks and food from the bar everyone started to eat and enjoy there meal when a rep came over to the table and then decided to ID myself and my partner at ages 28 and take the drinks from us after we had half drank them bit confused by that i asked for alternatr drinks as we should have been ID at the point of sale they refused so i had to buy yet more overpriced drinks and eat there dry food.

Lovely food, good portions at very fair prices, will return

We went for Christmas dinner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although, only one boy behind the bar had a facemask on. The other 5/6 staff did not. They also did not have a uniform nor anything that resembled staff so we did not know who to ask for help. Although, they were very knowledgeable once we did. For me my salmon was very tough and chewy, for my brother his steak was too. The turkey was nice and moist. Food was very well presented. Very "okay" food alltogether. Very "okay" value for money too. As a pub I would recommend. For food it maybe needs a bit more work. And staff needs to be more cohesive and adhere to current covid rules. I would recommend if you aren't worried about the current pandemic situation.

Brilliant pub, amazing staff and delicious food! Food came out so quickly, delicious and nice and hot! The staff were so lovely, especially the blond lady (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!)The tables were clean, good service and good covid measures with track and trace and loads of sanitizer stations. Would 100% recommend!

Went for lunch on a Sunday not been for a while ordered steaks and they were served on a hot skillet plate which was still warm when at the end of our meals. The steaks were done to perfection for us.two steaks and bottle of wine £29 we will be back great value for money 👍

We were there today, had a lovely meal and were served by a very nice boy named William, he could not do enough for us , thank you to him for the wonderful service .

Visited here with a friend food was lovely and very cheap. The waiter who dealt with us was very friendly and attentive ,and I would recommend here if your looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful!

Waited 45 minutes for our meals then only 3 arrived.mine arrived 15 min later when everyone was finished. Lasagne was burnt underneath. No apology. Portions were very small for what we paid
