Excellent little venue with quality mexican menu. The burritos are exceptional and good value for money. Only two high chairs last time I went though...

·

Decent food, good selection of beers, nae bad service either.

·

Nice meal with good service

Too cool for school bar... that just isn't very cool. The squid and whale 'neighbourhood' bar on the kelvinbridge drag, has a spectacular lack of interest in either the neighbourhood, families or kids.Have now turned up on three occasions with different collections of adults and young ones and we seem to be bent through different mazes of who they are willing to serve. When did it become so difficult to spend time or money in a bar?Kids need to eat 'main' Meals... then it's the adults... then no sitting out front... then not in the bar... Then it's not more than 6... Or eating after 8. Apparently an array of dog eared photocopies outside 'clearly point out the rules' - something you don't normally stumble over In great service-orientated places here or overseas, so I apologise for missing these. They have clearly cracked an extraordinary business model where you would rather turn away £30+ rounds because a kid doesn't want to eat pretty average tacos.Recommended if you like beige interiors, beige food and a beige experience. If looking for a welcoming inclusive time I'd point you towards the Belle, the Arlington or the drake.

Limited menu but food is good. Mexican menu. Tacos and burritos. Good selection of beers.

Amazing Mexican food, relaxed atmosphere and serious margarita game.
