The food is consistent; the service is ok, although dishes come at various different times. Price is high for what you get.

Loving the experience over here. Not just after your money but actually understanding your taste and getting you the dish accordingly.Even offer me some free things to try.Staff Jennifer Sibbald and manager Jane is been very helpful so really thank you for that.

Worst serive I've got in a while. I get better service in a 3 in 1 takeaway on a corner. Unhelpful and rude member of staff got our order in a patronising way and had a cheeky tone. If you don't like your job it's not the customers fault, change career or do something else that gives you joy and hopefully that way you won't have to be nasty towards customers.

Very tasteful food, Ramen being the best. Large selection of vegetarian, Vegan options. Service was really good.

Lovely food, friendly staff and very covid secure service and seating arrangements. Had a great naked chicken katsu bowl.

Arrived around Midday and we were seated within 10 minutes. Table was clean, spacious and dividing screens kept us apart from neighbouring diners.Food was tasty, plentiful and value for money.Our server was friendly, offered alternatives when we requested adjustments and was attentive throughout.Will definitely dine here again.

This is my first Visit after the lockdown.At the door immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member who instructed me to scan the QR code for the track and trace and to hand sanitise .I have ordered my favourite dish ( ginger chicken udon ) and my mother had her favourite ( Chicken Katsu Curry ) both meals arrived in No time ‘ everything was fresh and hot ‘. Our server made sure everything is ok .Payment was so easy , just by Scanning a QR code and using Google / Apple pay on your phone.Over All ( EXCELLENT dinning and customer service experience ) ⭐️

Staff are professional and have a app click and leave policy which is efficient for them. A 10/10 score would be better, the only restaurant with a Deliveroo cleaning station along with a coffee stop, well thought out and considerate to riders and drivers.

Food was delightful to the taste buds. Loved it . Staff v friendly Everything was spotlessly clean The toilets have the sink & hand dryer in the same cubical which I think is a nice personal touch. There is a small area for coats to be hung & that's good if you've come in from the wet
