Great shop with great foods at a variety if prices. Easy to get round and to pay

Great store. Pity about their new app. Not the easiest to use.

Excellent. The best variety for specialist ingredients, fresh fruit and veg always seems to last longer than other supermarkets which justifies a slightly higher price. On a whole, not a whole lot more expensive than other supermarkets as there is a value range also. Fresh sushi counter made in house is authentic and tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This will be my last visit to Waitrose for a while with the removal of free Sunday papers. Too dear otherwise. Tescos from now on

The most efficient clock and collect service with the most loveliest ladies at the front desk. So helpful and quick and friendly. Sorry I don’t know your names but absolutely 5 star service

It has a good range of basic products at decent price, not your weekly shopping, but also great for treats. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Pretty dire selection of cheese...hadn't even heard of the cheese I needed even though they're listed as stockists. Shelves were very depleted, as though they don't know Xmas is a yearly event

I am regular customer for a couple years. This is a good store with fresh sushi bar. Staffs are mostly great,but recently feel the security guard is monitoring me shopping. Quite uncomfortable experience.

Everyone who works on staff there is so kind and helpful. Great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and being from another country it’s nice to know that whatever I buy here will be the best quality and taste very nice.

Very clean and organised. I really liked the service from your cashier. I love your cupcakes and the gingerbread cookies. Keep up the level of customer service.
