Had a lovely time at Yiamas, food was great, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere We ordered Greek salad, spanakopita, saganaki and chicken gyros, all very tasty. Also enjoyed a few Mythos and some Metaxa. Would highly recommend

Was very excited to go hear after all the amazing reviews, tried to book online but as there app is only loading as 5 guest no mum didn’t want to inconvenience the restaurant, tried to call a few times with no answer went and explained the above but unable to fit 2 of us is in.Understand there busy but they need to improve the website booking. To add after the reply, I do think I was quite annoyed and have upgraded from a 1 to a 2 star , you booking system could easily be changed to select the amount of time required so I don’t think it’s fair that If there where 5 of us we could book and discriminating against the couples wanting to come.

Came for an early dinner after a long day of shopping, left with a food baby that was so worth it! Authentic Greek food, great atmosphere, all in reasonable prices, staff was very attentive and friendly. Strongly recommend getting dessert as well, their galatopourekko is to die for!

Awful representation of what Greek food is, its so spicy Greek food isn't spicy! keep in mind I'm Greek and I know damn well what Greek food is meant to be.We had a groups of friends over, got 7 pitas, nobody ate anything and I'm not even kidding!Extremely expensive for what the food actually is, £50 and we have leftovers we don't know hat to do with...The Gyros was so dry, I could not chew it, it had so much pepper in it, the chicken was drowning in oil and the pitas barely had any tzatziki or onions!NEVER AGAIN MY FRIENDS!!

We visited Yiamas for brunch on Sunday and had a fairly good meal, although there was couple of things that let the place down. We waited for absolute ages for our food, the place was moderately busy so no excuse on that front , it really shouldn't take that long especially if you serve food like gyros with chips, that doesn't require massive prep. The portions are criminally small , you literally get about one flat tablespoon of tzatziki with you meal, not a good look for a restaurant to skimp on such cheap products like cucumbers and yoghurt. Gyros was also disappointing, it was dry tough and in places, certainly not even in top 5 from the ones I've had.Overall we still had an enjoyable meal, maybe our expectations were just a bit too high...

Delicious, authentic and cheap Greek cuisine. I had a Chicken souvlaki with Greek salad which was absolutely delicious and not too heavy, and my friend had chicken gyro pita which was quite filling and tasty especially for how cheap it is.

Love this place. Staff are so nice and friendly. And the gyros are some of the best in Glasgow in my opinion. Could come back again and again, and will be doing!

Today I went to a greek restaurant in Glasgow.Overall you can't get closer to Greece without travelling there. We went there during lunch time, because the place is usually bussy. Menu and prices were fine. I ordered a gyros. So did my friend, but it was a chicken plate gyro. Food came quick and I loved every piece of it. I wish the frites could have more taste to them and be more crispy. Also more tzatziki. Portions are also small.Unfortunately service was not the best. 8/10. Highly recommend going there for a journey to Greece.

Probably the best Greek food I've eaten outside of Greece! The gyro plate and greek salad were delicious! We would definitely return the next time we visit Glasgow! 💙🇬🇷💙🏴💙

If you love Gyros you must try here! Would rate a million stars if I could. What an amazing experience at Yiamas. Honestly one of the best gyros if not meals I have eaten in a long time. The quality, taste and flavours were incredible and to match some proper Greek beer! Delicious. I had the hummus and pitta and also the mixed gyro (Chicken and Pork). The waitress who served me was very friendly and polite and I’m very thankful for her attentiveness. I am not local to the area but when I return to the area I will definitely pop in again.
