I have been to zizzi at least 30 times all over the UK it is great food at fair prices. This has a great setting inside the prince's centre. Didn't have the best experience this last time. Was a little dirty, service was slow, seemed under staffed. Ordering app was not working well. But the food was still very good.

Ate at Princes Square, the waiter was quite rude to us on arrival as well as when we ordered drinks. The portion sizes have dramatically changed but prices have remained the same. Quite disappointed with this experience as normally it’s really good

Brilliant place to eat, food is always well prepared.

Lovely food, very fast and nice service 😍 and every table has oil and balsamic as in the picture.

First time I’ve actually written a review like this and I’ve been to plenty of restaurants throughout the UK. Service was really poor tonight in Buchanan Street, the food was the only thing saving it from a 1 star.Waited an hour for some basic food for our child which was ordered when we arrived.Ignored for 20 mins and when food did come for mains it was just put on our table without even speaking to us, as though we were inconveniencing them with our custom.Ordered a dessert to go, due to how long everything was taking. Even that took 20 mins before I had to go up to ask for it.We’re by no means snobs, and to be honest it was embarrassing having to ask for them to give us basic service.Loved Zizzi restaurants but no chance coming back to this one.

We used to live in the City Centre and loved Zizzi’s. Finally able to get back to The City now after the pandemic has eased and I’ve never been so disappointed. Our first visit in December we were left standing for a while while staff just ignored us before we finally had to ask for a table. A simple ‘be with you in a minute’ makes all the difference. This was despite standing at the desk and only two tables were occupied in the whole restaurant. Following this, half the menu wasn’t available including no spaghetti. We left disappointed and felt like a burden to staff for eating there.Around a week ago we decided to give it another chance. Despite this time, only three or four tables being occupied in the whole restaurant, we were told they would only take bookings and as we did not book, we were simply turned away. The staff were rude and I understand at present some businesses have staff isolating however, it could have been put much nicer way.Instead, we went and spent £100 at Prezzo round the corner who could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It’s sad when hospitality is suffered that they are turning people away at Zizzi’s and sadly we won’t be back.

Really disorganized ordering, they must have just implemented this new online ordering thing that our waiter was encouraging us to use to see what gluten free options there were but the QR code he gave us led us to a site that didn’t work, leading us to take ages to get an order placed. He also told us we weren’t able to modify our orders at all from what was on the menu, which is a pretty disappointing thing to hear from a place whose main draw is pizza. Then our pasta came out half cold and pizza was really lackluster. Very disappointing, what happened to zizzi?

We really like the Zizi's in St. Andrew's so decided to try this one. It was terrible. Service was really poor. Food was slopped onto the plates. Chips were cold. Pizza wasn't to order. Definitely wouldn't go back to this one.

Delicious!! Awesome food cooked over wood fire!!

Nice food.Although I’d personally skip the risotto 😏.Nice staff and food is goooood.Nice surroundings. Also baby changing room is probably the best I’ve ever been in. A walk upstairs is required to access Male or Female toilets, probably why some customers use disabled toilet 🤯
