Ordered a Pizza which after waiting nearly 2 hours for arrived freezing cold and had to reheat in the oven, Pizza's used to be a really good from here, will not be ordering anything again

People behind the counter are too busy talking to take orders or make your food. You have to wait for them to move to the till and catch their attention.

Never again. Fish Supper was reheated and burned. Chips were acidic. Couldn't phone back to complain as was constantly busy. Will not buy from here again . Any business who could send this out as acceptable should be closed down. Pity they are still carrying previous owner's name.

This place is a joke. They charge you for everything you order and when your order gets delivered everything you ordered isn't even there. I got charged £19.60 for 4 cans of coke, 1 pickle and 2 single hamburgers and when I phoned to complain the phone rang out with no answer. No one order from here the place is a joke and they rip you off

Asked for gravy and salt and vinegar on the sausage supper TWICE and was nothing on it, over priced food, was terrible and cold… will certainly never be using this place again to order.

Batter on fish was black (I'd expect from dirty oil) and chips tasted like they had also been cooked in very dirty oil. Service was also terrible, called ahead to place an order and still got left waiting outside for 10mins and staff never returned with my change. Won't be back.

I won’t be going back here. Went here to cheer the family up from the lockdown blues. The portion sizes were ridiculously small, the fish was more batter and barely any fish with the pieces so small they’d barely feed a child, never mind an adult! Plus the chips were cold. I was so disappointed with the food.I really wanted to support these guys as they were making an effort, but the food was such a let down. Well worth avoiding and going elsewhere!

My husband was so looking forward to a chippy fish supper. I went into shop and ordered a small fish supper for him. Waited for chips so was happy they were going to be fresh. £6.00 for a small fish supper ok prices have jumped it didn't matter he was so looking forward to a fish supper. Got it home opened the box and ...... burnt fish and black spots all over the chips. The fish was chewy either last nights left overs or dirty fat hence the spots on the chips. I have used Giannis in Greenock on a regular basis but not after tonight's offering at inflated prices. If I could give a minus star review it would be -5.
