Mcdonald's in Inverclyde

Quick food is always a must when you are in a rush. So grateful the MacD staff served me when I managed to drive through the drive thru the wrong way 🙃 🙌 😅

Typical McD's with drive thru and sit in. Small outdoor children's play area and plenty of parking. Can be very busy but you can usually get parked.

It was very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff on the floor doing domestic duties. Food was hot and fresh.

It was exactly what a McDonalds should be. A guilty pleasure. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Very slow and ignorant service 🙄 not one member of staff has ever got my order correctly 🙄 drive-through means not having to leave the vehicle (well its the opposite here)

Seems to be every McDonald's nowadays serves you barely warm burgers. Don't know what's happened to the franchise over the years. The burgers used to be hot, and the buns toasted so that the meal was hot and fresh when you got it. Not any more though 🙄

Ordered a very simple order, with a white coffee. Told to wait at parking spot, then the chicken sandwich is an absolute mess with Mayo everywhere then find out the coffee is lukewarm and is not a white coffee but very sweet, guessing some wrong coffee someone ordered they’ve just gave to me. Very slow, very poor

Great food and prices and very speedy service

Food was good as ever. Screens were in use. Toilets accessible, changing room.From a Manager POV, waste of labour over scheduled staff. 2 men on dining area wasting time chatting to each other with nothing to clean - only 4 tables in use within my hour stay.Otherwise about what you expect from McDonalds

Ordered 2 breakfast muffin meals one contained bacon and egg other was empty. Didn't notice till I got home and was too far to return.
