2 hours waiting on a burger that came cold and soggy

I ordered a meal for pick up at 17:55pm and when I went down to collect the meal it was closed. Shocking service and I am down £11:40 with no meal.

Been using this place for years get the same pizza all the time always ask for thin base extra hot . Think it depends who's in cooking as av had some really bad ones but tonight just totally disappointing over an hour and half we waited pizza dough was so thick and scraping of topping plus cold wont be back.

Ordered on there site because it said it would be quicker said it would be 40 minutes turned up 2 hours later. The kebab meat was minging was like rubber the chips were cold and soggy the chapatti bread fell apart it was that over cooked. Phoned them they swapped 1 of the meals and offered 2 swap another got 1 changed kebab meat was still rubbery. Won't be back really awful

Delivery took one hour fifteen minutes and pizza was lukewarm when it eventually arrived and wasn't what I asked for...waste of money.

Terrible service. I asked for popadoms three times on the phone and my meal came delivered without them. Guy went away to get them and someone else came with the popadoms and no meal this time. Third time got my meal which was now cold with popadoms but not the extra portion I ordered. Terrible delivery service poor communication.

Pleasant staff, great selection of food and fantastic portions. Haven't as yet choose to have anything delivered sadly but once I do I'll adjust feedback.
