The Hub in Inverclyde

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I'm local so visit a few times a year at least. Staff are always so lovely, food is amazing, cocktails are spot on and prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Even though I was wearing my "distance aware " lanyard we were seated between tables and there was a constant stream of waitresses/waiters walking past our table ,most of the booths were empty when we arrived and were still empty when we left , I was asked if things were ok and I did say food was delicious but not the location we were sitting in but a shrug of the shoulders was the reply .

Waited 55mins for our foodI then had full tray of drinks dropped on my back by waiter serving next table..soaking my coat that was on chair my clothes my car keys and phone also got covered in drinksI ordered steak sandwich with frys..the French frys where cold the bread the steak was on was like soggy wet with grease . .it was disgusting I had to try eat horrible food whilst I was very wet with spilled drinks..not just one full tray ..I will never go to this place again

Really amazing atmosphere here and the cocktails with the food was so good! Though a little more expensive it's more than worth the cost and was a really relaxing place to be. I would recommend it to anyone that is going on a date to go here or even a catch up with some friends. Really great place!

Great night out with friends food was beautiful staff were 100% great place to eat with most friendly professional staff ever great service. Well done all keep up the great work 👍

Really nice food, real value for money. Excellent friendly service I certainly recommend here and hope to be back soon. Steak pie was really good.

Been dining at the exchange since it opened ,never had a bad meal until tonight .Party of 12 waited an hour for food. Christmas special turkey dinner very disappointing, sprout/carrots cold,parsnips burnt ,very little turkey,was dry. Chips with steak sandwiches where all cold .pizzas cold ,as if the disapppinting food was not enough half way through our meal we had to endure an awful smell from toilets apparently blocked . I did mention this to the waitress but neednt have bothered as they took no notice very unhappy with experience tonight.

Great restaurant! The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of gluten free options on the menu and the mocktails are fab. The booths are a nice place to sit at ☺️

Had a great meal at the exchange we had the enchiladas and where lovely, it was my aunties birthday and that brought out chocolate fudge cake with candles to celebrate with birthday music.Please keep up the good work staff looked after us brilliantly well done the exchange.
