I understand its now closed. 😢 Best fish anywhere and I'm from Shetland, but that's not all by a long shot. Intimate wee, family run, yet very high quality cuisine. Perfect to drop in for quality food but still romantic enough for a nice dinner, especially once you're eating the food. Very well done.Seafood platter at the weekend is my favourite.

Nice little restaurant run by a couple who had a larger restaurant in Edinburgh. The menu is small but everything is cooked fresh and the lady owner will make you very welcome.

The Shellfish bowl was simply wonderful. Fantastic food blended with excellent friendly service. Who needs to go to Glasgow!!

One of the best meals we have had for a long time. Was there Thursday 03-06-18, sat at 5 an had an amazing relaxed time with my partner, our 2 Yr old daughter and my future mum in law an partner. Would travel back just for a meal no problem, great staff and exceptional food!

We just went to the kipper bistro last night and it was delicious . The cod dish was amazing and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming, and the setting was really nice and relaxed. Would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant.

My son and friends went there for a drink last night and although they are not long turned 18, and had ID with them, let's just say they did not get the warmest of welcome! I think it's wrong to assume that all youngsters are out to cause any trouble...they are a lovely bunch if boy's and I was extremely annoyed at the way they were treated. I will not be back!
