Asda Cafe in North Lanarkshire

Asda brand bacon was 1.49 now 175. Same amount of bacon just higher price. They care about their customers. Ground steak mince was 269 now £3. Always look under meat packaging for discolored meat before buying it happens too often.

Normally ok. Today was the third time we bought a smelly salmon. Never again.

Normally it's good enough... but today was exceptionally bad.One person at the kiosk and return desk.ZERO help.After waiting for 20 mins at the returns the last decides to say oh its one queue... go to the kiosk side! Waited another20mins...and then... magically another asda worker appeared to help with the rush. Returns queue now is 12 people long. No apologies.

Will NOT be back, either doing away with checkout operators or only going to have two. Disgusting

On the very rare occasion you can find a member of staff, it feels like it's too much trouble to help you. Perhaps that's why they've made nearly all the tills self service.

Been overcharged 3 times due to wrong pricings on shelf in the past fortnight. Just gonna use Tesco or Morrisons now.

I have just been humiliated by a member of staff working in the cigarette counter. I was at the wrong part of the queue but rather than serve me and then explain this she shouted across to me and absolutely humiliated me. The 2 people in the correct bit of the queue had literally just came up, so it was obvious that I was actually there first and not trying to jump in front. Appalling behaviour from a staff member.

Staff are very helpful and chatty, store is clean, cleaning spays are available. Asda used to be know as good value for money but when I compare their prices now they seem higher than even Tesco's and Sainsbury. The choice in this store never seems to change much, it become very boring shopping here. Maybe have a new lines section. Overall a pleasant shop but not my first choice anymore

So I usually take my ferret with me outside on my day off and I decided to go to asda in Motherwell to buy some food. Every time when I go to asda with my ferret, the staff would come up to me and chat about different things in regards of ferrets and I always found it very nice and welcoming. But this time, when I was at the check out, one of the employees didnt allow me to pay for my stuff and told me to leave because im not allowed to have a ferret with me. My ferret is always in a backpack fully secured and never does any trouble as he just sleeps there. So, I dont know what happened there but I was shocked and didnt expect this to happen after so many visits to asda. The employee could have at least say it nicely and not in a rude manner, still very disappointed.

This Asda is the nearest to me,and I use it most of the time.I always have a laugh,when I hear people talking about their problems,while shopping in the place!
