Order online works fine until you find out you have to queue up at the bar and show your receipt to get the drinks. A bit pointless really isn't it then?

Really good spot for food and plane watching. Very relaxed environment. Waiters coming by to pick up plates and empty glasses. You have to order your food and drink at the bar but that is fine with us. Good place to spend time before flights. We did have to wait a while yo be seated but it was worth it. There are also plugs to charge your electronics while you eat/drink.

Ordered 2 all day brunches with fries, only one portion of fries was bought over, the waiter went and got the manager who was insistent I had only ordered one and didn’t believe me until I showed the receipt on my phone (which he then proceeded to take out of my hand which I’m not keen on) most of the meal was tasty apart from the haggis which was like eating blended stones. Overall for a £13 meal I was pretty disappointed.

Pretty standard - nothing outstanding. We ended up here due to a lack of other choices in the airport. It’s very overpriced for drinks and depending on the flight timings, can be very busy.

I stood for just under 5 mins at the area where you're asked to wait until you're seated. The place was approximately 30% full and the separate servers stared right through me as if I didn't exist. It was the coldest welcome I've witnessed at any airport restaurant. I eventually walked up to the staff to explain the situation and turned about heel straight out. Absolutely shocking service. Franky and Bennys were the total opposite and got my money today.

Just arrived at this Pub no one to seat you although we waited ,made our way to an empty table only to be confronted by a staff member who it transpires is Angela the Manager! This lady was rude obnoxious and had no Customer Service skills at all, this lady clearly needs to realise she is a Pub Manager and not a Dictator! She would benefit from some basic customer service training otherwise customers will not frequent this bar due to her stinking attitude.Last visit there even though we are frequent flyers.😡

Quiet earlier today but excellent service a great and helpful welcoming by the young man at wit to be seated who patiently explained and helped me with the phone app. Piping hot if simple food well presented…and excellent cheesecake (even if bought in ) again simple but well presented. The manageress on duty obviously knows her stuff and all the tables used were quickly cleaned and sanitised. She was working behind the bar front of house welcoming and serving …. It was really pleasant i just hope the lad I tipped put the money in the shred tip jar

Smile at the entrance when someone is waiting a table doesn't cost nothing.Price very expensive. All day brunch over cooked and missing mushrooms and tomatoes...They asked if I wanted these 2 items and I said yes..as you can see the mushrooms were inedible. No toasted bread included and very poor quality.Better places to go

Ate haggis, neeps and tatties wi onion gravy, all round tasty plate of food, presentation not the best but no worries. First time I've had this in ages, gravy better than the whisky sauce. Quick service and pleasant relaxing venue at the airport. Oddly the cutlery was very small like what u get on a plane, maybe there are some regulations for size of cutlery airside

Shouldn't have high expectations for airport food, but 12 pounds for a drop of dried up gravy and "creamy" mash
