Absolutely terrible there was an ex chef called gary outside torturing us about their hygiene saying they only clean once a month and their food is all reheated but his word we didnt go in

Food is amazing my boys love it too. My non verbal son always types black rooster into his tablet when choosing a place for dinner he loves spicy food

Cash only. No idea what thats about . Need to get that sorted. No cash machine nearby and only find out when going to pay. Shocking. I smell a tax scam.

Total waste of money. Firstly, they don’t tell you it’s cash-only until you arrive, meaning I wasted 10 minutes going to find a cash machine, which then means the food is lukewarm by the time you get home. The food itself is very average- halloumi fries were like concrete and the chicken burger was a tragic wee slimy thing. Also paid for 10 chicken wings and only got seven. So don’t waste your money, you’d be as well going to McDonald’s.

Tasted good, nice place only issue was that I had to walk about the scheme to find a cash machine as they wouldn't accept card.

Never had any problems, placed my order tonight at 4:20 and had the order confirmation on the phone, drove 20 minutes from Cumbernauld and sat outside the shop for another 40 minutes. Then phoned to ask why our order had took over an our for them to tell us they didn’t even have our order when we had the order confirmation on my phone! So now have had to make another order to wait a further 40 minutes😡 Would’ve gave 0 stars if I could, we are starving !!!

The BEST place in Central Scotland to get GREAT hot 'n spicy ,World beating chicken meals and service. All the staff are wonderful and friendly, all the time. Sit in preferred but takeaway is just as amazing. The BEST!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Chicken was undercooked and raw and when I requested a refund got told this is the way the chicken is even if it’s cooked for 20 hours. Also, why is it cash only? Seems fishy to me. Will stick to the glasgow branch from now on!!!!!

Called today to place an order for collection, was asked to hold on for 1 min as serving a customer, 6 mins later still no answer eventually I turned up at counter and there phone was lying on counter still got me on hold spoke to manager who picked up the phone and switched it off, would be quicker driving out and placing order.Was in this sane takeaway last week, got the order wrong and the food was cold, had enough won’t be back at this takeaway

Delicious and reasonably priced food, never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Place doesn't take card which is inconvenient but the food is class.Everything is hotter than you'd imagine so if you get hot in nandos I'd go for medium here.
