Enjoyed two days in the area and ate there twice. Excellent friendly service. Special thanks to Zara; funny, knowledgable and excellent at her job.

It should be zero but can't do thatI'm an NHS worker from nights just wanted a quick breakfast before bed. No reservations left from premier Inn but told to check . I walked in and the place was empty. Asked for a table for one for 20 minutes. Told NO .Walked past 30 minutes later place was only half full. Thanks for making a real effort, obviously good will to NHS staff has now all gone. One small table for one person would not of made a great difference.I won't bother in future

We booked and arrived on time, but despite this I had to wait 30m queing to place our order then another 1hr wait on getting the actual food, which was bland and gloopy, so def not worththetimeor money. Soft play area was closed when we went too, which would have helped at least occupy the toddler we had. (You're starting to get the picture here right?)The staff and manageress were apologetic, however they and the kitchen staff appeared overwhelmed and not coping with the numbers booked. The second star I've given is only to reflect the hard working staff, but someone needs to take stock off the disjointed working and reflect on improvements needed. We used to really enjoy this place but sorry will definitely not be back.

Great place for a bite to eat. Has parking and a childrens indoor softplay area for toddlers. There is also an outdoor play area for older children. Great selection of pub food like burgers, sharing platters, carvery and grilled steaks. childrens options are available too like sausage and mash , mac and cheese or garlic bread. Meal deals are available. Ice cream and other desserts are available such as eton mess sundaes.

Can't believe this place is allowed to operate absolute heath hazard. Been dining here for two weeks due to work booking me into the hotel nextdoor. Would rather starve and should of known better that to go back for my free meals. Don't bother ordering a desert as it will never arrive. Going by the state of the manager I'm sure they are eating it before it even gets a chance the leave the kitchen. Starters and main have definitely been pre made and left to rot before serving as their mains being served are faster than a drive thru.

Well I don’t know where to start, my experience from start to finish has almost been life changing. I can’t look at a pint again, well for at least a week until I recover. I can only describe the 3 pints after a busy day at work as a bio logical hazard. I never even got to try the “wonderful “ menu due to the napalm that was being produced at both ends on the toilet. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy a night on the toilet until the early hours with the worst stomach pains you could possibly imagine!!

Pleasant staff and a tasty mixed grillSadly the soft play is currently closed, several of the beers were off, the soft drink dispenser was only partly working, and the meal took an awfully long time to arrive.Unlikely to go back, other similar chain pubs do a much better job of the basics

Average pub grub food. My starters and chicken burger was amazing but hubby said mixed grill wasn't nice. Staff were lovely, the manager looked a bit peed off when we came in and forgot forgot give us kids menus when we had 3 kids with us but I think they may have had staff shortages or something . Ball pool was great fir my 3 year old to go in and our of

Very friendly staff, good food and service with reasonable prices. A birthday celebration was going on at time of visit. Good to know venue can do that. Play area indoors for young children. Plenty parking.
