We have ordered here a few times and it’s always been lovely.Tonight our order arrived pretty quickly however it was missing the fries and the burger was wrong (had salad when special instructions said no salad).I phoned and the lady put the manager Matthew on who apologised and said he will make a new burger and fires and get them sent over. We waited over an hour and my partner called and was advised the manager had left with it 5 mins ago and we can chat with him when he arrives. My partner answered the door and Matthew said “sorry about that it’s not my day” my partner said “it’s really not good enough …” and Matthew cut him off and said “it’s only fries it’s not like it’s the full order take it up with just eat” then just walked away.Absolutely disgusting service from a manager and we will never be using this place, the owners really need to think about the staff they are employing especially their managers.

Great selection of burgers and hot dogs and sides, including great veggie choice. Excellent value, very friendly.

Best burger in Coatbridge by far. Tried takeaway and sit in, both have been amazing. Could not recommend Burger 7 highly enough.Great menu as well, pretty much everything you could want.

This was a treat for my son after being ill. We looked for a place with burgers and shakes he saw pictures online . Unfortunately the food looked nothing like pictures. No shakes. Cans or tap water.. service was quick and friendly. Son enjoyed the burger, it was small but tasty . I wouldn't bother with the loaded fries. They were very dry no flavour. Not worth the money.

I lived in the USA so when it comes to proper burgers I come here. I guess the chef has changed though? The brisket was very fatty. I threw it away. Below US standards. Tonight. Sorry.

- Reasonably priced, very tasty food, doesn't seam like alot at the time but does quickly fill you up.- Staff were all very attentive and welcoming- Photos is: 1, The classic cheese, with the addition of pickles and bacon and side of cheese fires. ( Lots of flavour, but would possibly double up on the patties)- Will be back and already have recommended.
