Waited two hours for our order, phone after 1 hour and 45 minutes and was told it’s just being made right now for it to come ten minutes later with a frozen cold chicken pizza and frozen cold baked potato. Didn’t even eat it right into the bin

Food is always 10 out of 10 customer service is spot on and vry Polite over the phone defos recommend this place hands down by far the best cafe av ever came across for food

Waited 40 minutes for food, watched other customers that were served after me get their food before me. burger wasn't great, and chips were crunchy.Member of staff said that they were that busy they hadnt realised my order was ready which meant they had to remake chips and reheat burger.

Great little cafe , was greeted with a warm welcome and was givin a coffee with a lovely swirl put it the creamy top ( nice little touch ) before receiving a excellent large breakfast . I recommend it . Just visiting from Liverpool on business . Scotland at its best x

Great service. Waited a bit but it was well worth the wait. Great selction of hot and cold food. There was literally something for everyone, even if youre picky. They have just added ice cream to the menu and my kids loved it. Plenty of parking available opposite. Dont waste anytime and visit cafe Lavena if you are in the area !!! Home delivey available also which is an added bonus.
