Just phoned to try and book a table for 12 for 40th wedding anniversary. Got a really abrupt and not very pleasant response. 'Fully booked' and just hung up. Won't ever be going there!

Went for a meal here with my partner, staff are so friendly and polite. The meals we ordered were really first class, portions were a very good size, well cooked and so tasty. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. First time here but it will not be the last. I recommend this for a good meal and night out.

Food is delicious, flavorful and fresh. Portions are very big. The starter can be divided into two people. You won't leave hungry from this place. I sincerely recommend.

Great host, the Portuguese guy. Nice small place with good quality food. Friends enjoyed the large prawns n mussels starter. The Il Capo burger is big and filling and the bun it comes in is nt soggy or break apart. Onion rings are massive and great batter. Sea bass looked superb as well as carbonara.Fab food and will go back, reasonable prices.

Christmas dinner booking £70 per head for pre ordered menu paid in advanced . Party reduced by 1 due to medical issue not covid related. Staff were contacted and notified. On arrival table set for number of the original booking. Apparently cancellations were non refundable. Very convenient during a pandemic. This was explained in the day by “elf on the shelf” manager. Meal was like the manager cold and underwhelming and left a foul taste in your mouth. Got to look on the bright side at least the chef could finish early as he had one less meal to reheat in the microwave.

Lovely restaurant, good food and friendly polite service. Staff were struggling with the number of customers, but when more staff arrived things improved. The food was a bit heavy on spices for a traditional Italian menu. I suggest they stick to the chilli and spices for recipes that actually require them.
