Costa in North Lanarkshire

Have a coffee here regularly but disappointed last visit with the quality of the coffee. Very weak. Might be a coincidence that an offer was on for a stronger new coffee 25p extra. Will go back next week and try again

Only popped in for a quick coffee, great service and coffee and muffin were excellent - great place 👍👍👍

To be honest one of the best customer service experiences I've had staff member had a great attitude even though they were about to shut he put a machine back on just for my order couldn't flaw the service if I tried 100%spot on

Great place but I would prefer a Starbucks but this comes in at a good close second

Coffee is always great if sitting in, take away is never the right amount for the cup you order …. Staff are nice but very over stretched, service is slow. More staff making the drinks needed.

I am the most regular customer of this coffee for last 5 years, visiting every single day or second. I would star this place as worst coffee place ever. Many would wonder why i m still regular and frequent customer of this place, this is only branded coffee in motherwell, my main purpose of visit here is to meet my friends. No one knows in this place how to make and present coffee.

I have said in the past that I would not be back in here because of the rudeness of one if the staff. However I went in this morning for a " purple one " latte made with the new coffee. I was told to take a seat and they would being it out. I then saw a woman who came in after me getting what looked like my order. A few minutes later a rude member of staff came out and went to give this same customer another coffee. I went over and explained that I thought the orders had got mixed up. She then took the half drunk coffee from the woman and gave her the new one and only then told her why. She then said to me " I will make you a new one" lol. No real words of apology other than too many people ordered the purple one at the same time. Can they not cope with two orders. Please can someone teach some of the staff how to treat customers

Service is amazing they were able to get all the orders done and I got my white hot chocolate with marshmallows from them and I was still able to get the free treat I got as it was birthday yesterday and I absolutely love it definitely 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10000%

Your typical medium-sized Costa. Coffee is what you'd expect from a Costa shop. Shop was clean and tables were spotless.Not a lot to say about it as I've only spent a few minutes and got some coffee to go.

Staff nice whenever Im in. Well stocked food options at lunchtime. Only not 5 stars as toilets can be a bit of a problem. Thats probably more to do with clients poor consideration of others using the facility tho
