Crown Carvery Broadwood Farm in North Lanarkshire

Amazing welcoming staff every visit. I had a pizza which was freshly made and delicious and my partner had carvery which he thoroughly enjoyed. Could not fault anything about my meal and will definitely be back again very soon.

The service couldn't be better, unfortunately, on this occasion we felt that some of our food was overcooked. We waited quite a while for it to arrive and I have to say it could have been better. My daughter had a chicken wrap which was very uninspiring, loads of lettuce and a bit of chicken with no sauce or mayo. We ordered sides of halloumi fried and salt & pepper mushrooms, both fried till they were rock hard along with the chips and fried chicken. I've eaten here before and really enjoyed the food, guess we got the chef on a bad day!

We came here as a family of 5 for Sunday breakfast with two kids and our little dog for the first time. We had a lovely breakfast and the staff were great and very attentive. A special mention to the staff member hayley. She went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

I have visited here on many occasions as it’s very local to my home. The menu has lots of great things on offer and all of the staff are always very welcoming, cheery and helpful! Definitely worth a visit if your considering it!

Good food reasonable prices and pleasant staff.

4 adults and 1 child. We were eventually showed to a table. I always take antibacterial wipes with me due to covid. I wiped down the table and it was really dirty. I gave the wipes to a staff member and said to her my findings. She said thanks and nothing else!Food was OK, nothing great. Not the most cheery staff either!!Not wanting any discounts or anything. Would just want the place I'm eating is clean!

Today was my first time going out for lunch in a restaurant in almost 2 years and I was so looking forward to it.Everything was set out great and I felt safe being out in this environment so well done guys.As it was only 2pm I wanted something lighter than a carvery and chose fish and chips.How disappointed I was when my meal arrived and the fish was well overcooked, dry and tasteless. I couldn't eat it and with it being table service only, no-one came to check everything was ok with our meal so I had to wait until I was paying the bill to raise this issue.The girl took full payment after my complaint and said she would pass my comments onto the chef when what she should have done was pass my comments on and then take payment. Its not her fault and she was so apologetic, but having to pay for a meal that was not eaten is not good practice.Before the pandemic hit I was a regular here and never once have I had reason to complain as normally everything is perfect. Unfortunately not on this occasion and this has made me doubt returning.

From my previous visit the food was left waiting to be taken to tables far to long leaving it to dry out and cool, which is poor. What is more disappointing is the responses of admin reading some other reviews where customer have had issues where the admin seems to have a standard response showing lack of care. I would say any business happy to respond in this way shows a lack of care and I'd consider elsewhere based on this.

Surprisingly good. Went there for the first time for a Sunday roast and have to say it was banging, absolutely delicious they had choices of 4 meats, and gravy is thick as it should be.Went there recently again and I will keep going back
