Nice breakfast, delivered warm. Everything was cooked properly and the delivery was on time

Cafe is nicely spaced out with sockets conveniently located at a lot of tables which makes it a good place to work BUT service is slow, coffee is mediocre and soup was underwhelming with stale bread and no butter. At £3.05 for the soup I’d expect a little better

All day breakfast is rubbish because u get it served cold and food is overcooked because it is held in a tray for longer than 20 mins. The tables were not clean when we arrived in morning as it wasnt busy only 3 customers in i had to ask for it to be cleaned. When food arrived the links sausage was cold and it looked shrunk, beans were cold as if straight out the can, the fried egg was also cold and yoke was hard. The only item that was edible was the toast. I did notice when I arrived how nobody was eating and only drinking coffee or tea. I won't be back until changes are made was really disappointed.

This must be the busiest eatery in Coatbridge just now!! It is always full it always has people waiting you can tell the staff are at their limit and unfortunately what I witnessed today with people waiting being cheeky to the manager and staff was awful, I felt so bad for them all, they are trying to do their job and keep us all safe with no thanks, I think some people need to be having a word with themselves and not have a go at the staff for doing their job on I imagine not much money. Credit where credit is due the food is what I would expect from a supermarket cafe, well actually no it is quite a bit better to be honest but the staff themselves outstanding and I hope someone higher up is noticing their effort.

£2.75 for a roll n sausage. What they don't tell you is that the sausages are chipolata. Disgrace.

Was great when they did the buffets, but ate here last week and the breakfast was sad. Had originally ordered a sausage toastie only to be told after paying for it that they had no Toasties left?? How can you have no Toasties left at 9sm, in a cafe, in a store full if supplies??

Find this cafe excellent staff go above and beyond and are very friendly even though they are always very busy!! The girls will always go out of their way to help me & chat even when I don’t have my brother with me, who uses a wheelchair & don’t actually need the extra help. 10 out of 10.

Payed nearly 6 pound for a poor microwave macarroni cheese and an undercooked slice of frozen garlic bread, partner didnt have much good to say about the pannini either, convenient but not worth the money

Very friendly staff, food very good for a supermarket cafe.

Always have a fantastic breakfast here. Perfectly tasty food every time and friendly staff.
