Domino's Pizza in North Lanarkshire

Every time I walk in there something goes wrong, today I waited half an hour for my pizza and it was ready from the moment I went in. The staff gave no reaction other than a chuckle and sorry it was because I gave my second name

Under cook dough, not even taste like pizza dough. CALL THE SHOP, GUY WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND JUSTS DECIDE TO GO FOR FORMAL COMPLAINT !!!!!

Placed order online for delivery, 1 pizza was requested to have no onion on it. When delivered it had onion on it so called the restaurant to complain I was told a replacement would be sent, 45 mins later still no sign of replacement so called them back to enquire and was told it was on route, another 45 mins later still no sign of pizza. Have been told they will send yet another replacement as the driver must have went to the wrong address. So currently waiting on the pizza for the 3rd time and have been told the cost of that pizza will be refunded. Disappointed in the service overall.

Said pizza was delivered, was not had to phone twice to figure out what happened. In total took 1h45 for delivery. Really disappointed

This is only second time trying Domino's pizza and have enjoyed both times. Think it is brilliant that u get 2 for price of 1. Good value for money. I bought the pepperoni and the mighty meaty. First time got the thin and crispy base second time got the classic base both were good but I personally prefer the thin and crispy. Try it ur self and see.

Received our order with half the pizza covered in a creamy orange sauce that someone obviously had spilled and then sent anyway leaving it unedible. After waiting for an hour this was very disappointing so we phoned up and explained.They said we could re order a different time, great. However upon claiming this, it was only the pizza we are receiving not the two sides we also ordered at the time. Spoke to Michela who was the "manager". I found her very cheeky and unhelpful. I explained that they had ruined our experience. Not at all happy.I understand that these things happen however it's how you deal with them that is the issue, this was dealt with very poorly.

Service not very good, staff do not utter a word to you except to ask for the money, pay for double cheese and don't get it, barely a scraping of tomato sauce on the pizza after paying for double sauce, garlic bread awful, paid for topppings and did not recieve them. Has happened on numerous occasions so never got by back. Avoid this place. Other branches I have been to are great, this particular franchise needs vast improvements.

Pizza and delivery aren't too bad normally, but we never pay full price through voucher codes etc. Today I got cheese wedges with bacon and they were the most disappointing things ever, wedges were over cooked, cheese was virtually non existent and bacon was thick cut

I like Dominos pizzas and this place sells and delivers them so its got that going for it.I've used this place twice, once for delivery and once collection. Both were dreadful.the delivery took ×3 longer than we were told.In store, the staff were rude and surly. We were ignored for 5 minutes standing at the counter and then had our order interrupted so they could answer the phone.
