Equi's Motherwell in North Lanarkshire

Ice cream was fantastic, only to be expected. Although had to wait almost 15 mins to be served. It was Worth while.

ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT OR DONT USE THEM. OK, I GUESS WE WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER PLACES AROUND THESE DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND WHOOPS.

The best ice cream shop in Motherwell and they also do home delivery. We’ve been using Equi’s in Hamilton for over 20 years and are glad they decided to open an ice cream parlour in Motherwell too.

Good ice cream, good service but pricey. If it wasn't for the price it'd be 5 stars.

Frankly horrified after tonight, will not be going back here ever again. My partner and I ordered through JustEat. 40 minutes after the delivery time, the order is marked as delivered. We have heard nothing from the store, no phone calls or app notifications, no one buzzed our door, nothing. I phone the store and the response we got was shocking. The woman at the store was as rude and ignorant as can be. She claimed that we ignored their calls, ignored the driver at the door, and that they had left the food at the door. All of these statements were false.Rather than try and solve this, the woman was flippant and claimed that because her driver claimed it had been delivered, then it was delivered. She was clearly trying to accuse me of being a liar but knew she couldn’t actually say that. She refused to do anything to help. Luckily JustEat were very apologetic and offered us a full refund with an additional compensation.The total failure to provide any customer service or resolve the issue is abhorrent. Please avoid this store at all costs.

I used to love Equis and order it 3 times a week, but the past few times the cookie dough has gotten smaller and smaller. Now they've brought out an XL cookie which is honeslty pathetic. It is a single cookie smaller than getting the original cheaper two cookies. It is an absolute joke. Both me and my boyfriend have said we will not order again.

Great ice cream. Takeaway place with loads of different flavours. One of the best ice cream I've tasted in a while.

Equis ice cream is the best but the cones are too flimsy for the ice cream the cone broke when the girl was making it and when I got out it crumbled 😢 still yummy though 😉

Great ice cream. Staff very friendly. Once you try there ice cream you will never go anywhere else..
