Just been phoning for a delivery for 30 mins no answer , when I hang up and redial it’s engaged 😳

We thought we would give another chance to redeem themselves, it didn't end well.We waited 2 hours, food was cold, order was incorrect and when I phoned up the person obviously couldn't care less. She offered a replacement, I didn't want to wait another 2 hours so I said no thank you I will have to reheat as I was hungry. She said OK goodbye and ended to call. Lest to say I will not be back and will be advising family and friends of my experience. Another £24 wasted

Not good this time food was cold and the batter on the fish was hard, greasy and chewy, chips were stodgy1.5 hours from phone call to delivery, very disappointing the food was obviously lying about for quite a whileDon't get delivery it is not efficientDo better

Sraff are friendly and helpful. Food is really delicious. The fish and chips are always so fresh and tasty. Try the calzones they are amazing. Brilliant chippy!

Just ordered the 12"...4 Stagioni pizza (four seasons pizza) with pineapple instead of onions and enjoyed every slice. From telephone ordering to collection is easy staff are polite and friendly which is rare now a days.

A fantastic family run business! The food is freshly prepared and always piping hot when you get home! We travel six miles to get here passing dozens of take aways on route, yes it's that good !Highly recommended! The large fish supper and pizzas are delicious!
