Won't go back . Food ok but fryer was very slow and took 15min to get his attention .

Food all in cold and soggy and far to greasy and food isnt fresh its reheats and poor customer service as when you phone back up saying your order is cold they ask if you can put them in microwave and heat them up as they are rushed of there feet and cause of road works and dont know when they can get chips out to me and cause I said no ill just put them in bin and asked if I order from them again can they make sure food is fresh and warm to my address and the woman tried to argue with me and blamed the delivery people so I said forget it I'll put in bin and hung up phone and she phone back 3-4 times to give cheek back and argue way me what a joke wouldn't recommend and what take away shops ask they customers to heat food up after getting it cold

Great wee chippy, love the customer service, staff are very welcoming, quick amd efficient. They are keeping with covid guidelines and provide great tasting scottish chippy food!! :)

Absolutely shocking. Waited 35 minutes for a bag of chips and not even an apology from the main guy who gave me them...terrible customer service..raging

Just had a fish supper from frydays cooked to perfection, I would highly recommend try there food for yourself 😘

Ordered a fish supper and a kids chicken nugget box, when it arrived there was a puddle of water in the bag and the food was cold and soggy so I phoned back and they sent out a replacement which took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and was freezing cold. Avoid this place!
