KFC in North Lanarkshire

This place never get it right on my just eat order. Really wouldn’t recommend. Usually you don’t get your full order. Mostly there is Always something missing. Tonight I did get everything I ordered however the wrap I had ordered had the mayo completely drenched at the very top & the rest completely dry. Come on guys, really ?? Very poor. No one eats there food like that. Really need to learn my lesson with this place. Only reason I keep using is delivery is normally quick as close by

The worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It is that bad that we travel to any other KFC to get food even though this one is just round the corner.Avoid if you can possibly. The food is awful, the service is so SLOW, the place is disgustingly dirty inside and the staff are atrocious.One star is far too kind!

Can't fault the staff, friendly as always but only got 1 wing in drive thru order, assuming this was due to short staffing. Great food as always

Was in Coatbridge KFC on Saturday nite the 19)2/22 what a shambles it was after placing our order the girl that served us didn't have a clue what she was doing after 20 mins waiting for our order I had to asked if it was ready she then went in to ask if we had ordered sides and drinks wich we had it was 2 meals we had ordered then she tried to give us the sided in a different bag I asked where the burger were she said it would be another 5 mins which I replied our sides would be cold it had to take someone else to do our order come on kfc no way to treat paying customers get your staff sorted out

The food is good but they just can't seem to get any order right.

Several items out of stock. Soft drink lacked fizz. Chips were cold. Boneless chicken ok.SECOND VISIT 10 DAYS LATER:Because I was in the Coatbridge area again and also because I have had 2 substandard experiences at a near by McDonald’s I opted to visit KFC again. Experience was no better than my previous visit. There were no fizzy soft drinks available. No corn on the cob available. I therefore had boneless chicken and chips. The chicken portions were small but acceptable. To me they seemed over salty. Strange because in a franchise chain you would expect the food to look and taste the same at different locations and this stuff did not seem the same as I get from my local KFC at Great Western Retail Park in Glasgow. Anyway, chicken was acceptable but the chips were not; they were cold, soggy and soft… and this from a company which specifically redesigned their chips to make them better than rival chains.Poor show for KFC Coatbridge and for that matter it’s near competitor McD.I won’t be visiting either place again.PS the chips were flung out the car window… may be the birds will eat them. I’ve down graded my review from ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️ only because this place is consistently poor.

Honestly the WORST KFC you'll ever order from. Never any corn on the cobb, and the last time I ordered they asked what drink I wanted and when I said "Tango" they replied, "we only have sparkling water or fruit shoot." FRUIT SHOOT?!?Then when we got the order home it was missing stuff and they'd got the sides wrong. Utterly useless. Go to the one at the Showcase instead.

Waited age's on a wrap 15 minutes got home no dip with the bonles meal and the chips were not cooked. Had to go in for the wrap and the bonles meal was cold.

Hi walking into this kfc was like dancing on ice. The tiles were so slippy ....greasy. It was cold inside not very welcoming. Our food was average no plates with food no cups with juice and no napkins......won't be back sorry.

So my visit to this kfc was the worst, after waiting ages at the order screen at the drive through, I was missing chicken wings and given a snack box containing a very dark long curly hair in the box!!! The rest of the food went in the bin as by the time I had got back to our hotel miles away the traffic was so bad I went elsewhere for food, worst kfc in the hole of the UK!!!
